1250 saplings were planted in Kammanahalli Lake, Bangalore. This plantation drive was supported by various corporates under their CSR initiatives.
Employees of the corporate came forward to volunteer and plant all the saplings. More than 330 volunteer took part in the plantation and made sure the city gets an Urban Forest.
SayTrees is planting saplings in the cities to increase green cover and fight pollution. This lake is the fourth lake in Bangalore where we have planted saplings during this monsoon.
